Straight from your ERP; through a dedicated email inbox your suppliers already write to; via WhatsApp, for anyone who'd rather photograph a document than scan it; and through our own app on site, where your team captures and signs delivery notes on the spot. Whatever the format — PDF, scan, photo or handwriting — the AI reads it and files it against the right order.
Streckenheld connects to your existing ERP through standard interfaces — BRZ, Nevaris, RIB, PDS and others. Nothing gets replaced: our agents read from and write to the system you already use, so orders, invoices and master data stay in sync without double entry.
Your data is hosted in the EU and processed under GDPR, with a data processing agreement in place. It stays yours: we don't train models on your contracts, quotes or invoices, and you can export or delete it at any time.
Streckenheld is model-agnostic. We run the model that fits the task, and if your IT has a preference or a policy — a specific provider, or an open model — we configure it for your instance. Either way your documents stay in the EU and none of them feed foundation model training.
