Streckenheld Pricing: Sites, Locations and Modules

Streckenheld pricing: construction firms pay per active site and module, building material retailers per location, driver and document. We'll build your offer.

Streckenheld charges for what actually drives your workload: for construction firms that is construction sites, for building material retailers it is locations, drivers and documents. Here is how the price is put together. We will put the specific figures into an individual offer for you.

Pricing for construction firms: per active site

Construction firms pay per active construction site per month, the unit in which you already plan, cost and account for material spend. As your order book grows, the price grows with it; as sites wind down, it drops. Site managers, foremen, purchasing and accounting work together on each site, and team management controls who sees which sites and features.

The modules

Choose the modules that fit the way you work:

What lowers the price

  • Bundle modules: the more modules you combine, the lower the price per site.
  • More sites: volume discounts increase with the number of active sites.
  • Annual instead of monthly: annual billing is cheaper than monthly billing.

Add-on: load carriers

Pallets, frames and returnable containers are tracked per supplier so deposits come back. The add-on is billed per site and pairs well with digital delivery notes.

Pricing for building material retailers: location, driver, document

For building material retailers, the price is made up of three building blocks, each matching one AI agent:

  • Per location for the platform where orders, deliveries and communication with your customers come together.
  • Per driver for routing and dispatch of your own fleet. The agent suggests routes from the data your dispatchers already have and dispatches in one click to your own fleet, partner carriers or our network of building materials carriers.
  • Per processed document for document management and re-invoicing. The agent collects delivery notes from manufacturers, sends documents to your customers and re-invoices drop shipments at each customer's prices.

That way you pay for the agents you actually use, and the price scales with your real volume.

  • Setup: whatever applies to your rollout is set out in your offer. There is no months-long integration phase.
  • Your ERP stays: Streckenheld connects to the ERP you already use, such as BRZ, Nevaris, RIB or PDS. No system change, no double entry.

Which model fits whom

  • Construction firms and general contractors that want to control material spend across several sites choose the per-site model.
  • Building material retailers that want to automate logistics, documents and re-invoicing combine locations, drivers and documents.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a setup fee?

Whatever applies to your rollout is set out transparently in your individual offer. Because Streckenheld captures your rules as instructions for the AI rather than hard-coded workflows, onboarding takes hours, not weeks.

What does price per active site mean?

Construction firms pay monthly for the sites they are currently running through Streckenheld. Billing follows the unit you already plan and cost by. We clarify the details in your offer.

Do I have to take every module?

No. You choose the modules you need and can add more later. The more modules you bundle, the lower the price per site.

Is annual billing worth it?

Yes, annual billing is cheaper than monthly billing. On top of that, volume discounts increase with the number of your sites.
